Ive had the pleasure to drive a dodge viper 2 years ago, it was imense, i now drive a sti type r and i wouldnt even think about dueling with one its in a different league.

it just keeps on pulling and pulling so scary lol

always loved big yankie engines, vettes and vipers have always been my favorite, if i ever got the chance to own a viper esp a gts then id jump on it they are incredible.

I got a standard Classic and had a go with a Viper, (as saxo's do to Scoobs) just to see it go. I pushed mine to the speed limit ish, and I did him I'm sure I won because he was no where in sight, only things I could see was 2 red lights in the distance, very very far distance, I never saw it go

granted, the handling doesn't seem to be too hot..

Here's me in my hire car, bear in mind its on slippery desert tarmac with old tyres! They do 60 in 1st so i reckon about just under 4 secs to 60

That's because it has forced induction and relies on nothing else. Take the turbos off that Skyline and it would be pathetic. (well, in fact they do exist and muster a "massive" 190bhp )


Conversely, like with many normally aspirated yank engines: Strap some turbos on to a viper v10 and it can get 1000bhp.
