I have German plates on my car and have never been stopped in the UK, even if I do I will just speak German to the cop
I did go through a police radar trap in Poole once and the cops just waved at me to slow down, so I waved back and carried on my way.
I don't understand why the UK still insists on issuing speeding tickets when they know foreigners won't pay them, in most mainland countries you have to pay the fine on the spot if you are foreign.
I have no problems parking on yellow lines and am not worried about speed cameras but I do try not to set them off, but it ain't always easy as my speedo is in KMs and not miles.

This is propaganda released by the Government as they want to add a chip to all motorcycle numberplates, so when they go through forward facing cameras or past camera vans then a reader will pick up the bikes details.
The 40% is to try and pursuade the general population that motorcyclists are all a bunch of taxless speeding morons.
Starts with bikes ends with all vehicles.

Non of my bikes are taxed.
They are all locked up over winter, on SORN and on off-road storage insurance.
Wonder if they were included on that "40%" statistics
