Wet shave or electric

Electric shave for me.
The new shavers give a very good shave now. BUT...when changing from wet to electric, you have to give your skin a bit of time to adjust (seriously). When I first started using one it wasn't as close as a wet shave but after a while my skin got used to it and now I get a very close shave. Can't be hassled with all the foam and stuff. I can use the electric shaver anywhere too (not in the car though )

Any one used shaving Oil? I got some from Sainsburys its in a very small cone shaped pot which is Blue. You use 5 or 6 spots, Its much nicer than foam to use.

Mach 3 Turbo for me, Body shop shaving soap for my delicate skin applied with a real shaving brush, not one of those eco-friendly artifical jobbies. Tried a Remington foil thingy for a few years, kept burning my face and looked like a teenage pizza delivery boy, zits everywhere. Now it's only my ar$e that's spotty

I tried an electric shaver, didn`t get on with it. Didn`t get close enough for my liking.
So prefer the wet shave, then after shave balm.
From gorilla to gorgeous

A twin blade for me; 3 or 4 blades are for kids who can't shave properly!
And, how come only men are replying in this thread.
Come on girls, tell us how you shave yours and a pic would be appreciated

Can anyone here do a "proper" shave with a cut-throat razor?
Apparently it's the ultimate in shaving.
Have always wanted to learn but I'm nervous about cutting my head off if I sneeze!

Wet shave for me, hate electric shavers and the mrs complains it doesn't cut close enough, which to be honest i agree with.
Another vote for bodyshop shave cream and a brush too
