I do not appreciate slating on the forum, this is why I wouldnt deal with you to start with remember, thats why your customer got involved to save the deal. I spoke to Andy on Wednesday, I admit I havent got back to him yet it has just got side lined, as for bringing my other user name into this and saying I tried to sell another gearbox I think you will find I did sell another. Do you want to list everything else I have sold? that everyone else has recieved?
I have been inolved with Subarus for 7 years and have modified them and bought and sold lots of parts, by the sounds of things I have more experience than you. And mine is from my own money.
Send me your Bank details by PM and you will have your money tomorrow. I would advise that you are carefull what you write as I will be seeking legal advice against you for slander and Defamation of Character.

This is Now in the Hands of the Police....
We paid £1550 in cash into this Chap's Account on 4th March.
I have sent the Admin & a Moderator a P.M about this, and had no reply.
I have been informed by the police to inform the site owners, as they have a Legal obligation, to take measures to prevent this from happening.
I will create a New thread about this. to ensure it is Seen.
I strongly Advise anyone to avoid paying any money to this chap.
and also his other Alias... (jtabraham) where it seems he has previously tried to sell a 6 speed box?

The police have been, and strangely enough I have the gearbox on a pallet and I also have the money in the house, which was Advised to Andy and was supposed to be rearranged for redelivery through a friend of Andys.
You will get your money when you respond as per pm but I will be taking this further.
It appears my address is easier to find than your closed business one!
I will have no further contact with you apart from recieving your bank details and your FULL address for legal correspondance, all further communication will be through solicitors.
