Tandoori mixed grill or jalfrezi, add keema naan and pilau rice with a prawn puree for starters and a shed load of popadoms and pickles and I'm happy as a pig in poo

Popadoms are easy! It's just a big crisp, really. Now, those enormous naans are another problem entirely.

Ate too much though, had my curry, rice, plain naan and onion bhajis, ended up still feeling full when i went to bed - hate sleeping on a full stomach.

Shashlik Chicken. Healthy with no ghee and thus very little fat. Just marinated chicken pieces with pepper and onions. Tastes even better if you can find a decent place serving free range quality chicken.

Bit of rice and a only a pint of lager and you have an almost guilt free Indian meal that won't leave you bloated and looking like you're 9 months pregnant.

chicken tikka madras with boiled rice..with a bottle of red.. hmm yummy.

although i'm cutting down big time on fatty foods, and started to cook low fat curries....you can get a decent curry that's not going to break the bank callories wise.
