Congratulations and well done to the both of you! 
7 weeks down the line for me and the Missus and we are loving it!
Baby is in my lap as I type this and is very cute. Has just started to smile at me when she sees me and is making cutesy noises, sounds like she is saying 'Hi".
Actually I think she has just done a poo!

just got home with her. See slept all day yesturday and kept the wife up all night, done the same today so looks like another sleepless night....deep joy.

congratulations to you all!
We now have two girls aged 5 (just) and 2 1/2 and would not change it for the world.
If i may offer some advice - when you plan to go anywhere allow 3 times as long to get ready and be prepared to have a car always full of baby /small child paraphanalia
do not forget the car seat when you go to pick 'em up
still, it is worth it
