On the plus side, DVLA were round last night, a few yellow wheel ornaments out there now (not on the cougar obviously)

You could mention it to the police as it is not a usually parked car and say you have some concerns about the reason it is there they may or may not do anything but in the light of some of the things that happen with cars / vans parked at certain places they may come and take a look.

Give the police a call.

A long time ago my parents parked their car outside my sisters house and all of them went on holiday for a week in my sisters car. I got a phonecall from the police asking why the car was parked there and if my parents new it was 150 miles from their house.

The policewoman was fine on the phone. It only takes a couple of phonecalls to sort it out.

I once found a top of the range Saab outside my house....
3 AM just ticking over but the aircon kept kicking in and the noise interested me....
Nicked.
Ring the ecilop and tell them it's a solicitor's car (documents in the back), THEY SENT A RECOVERY VEHICLE TO COLLECT !
Bet you or I wouldn't get that sort of treatment ?

I just checked the database for somebody who I really loathe and her car is showing up as not insured! Also checked her boyfriend who is a ***** (I cant use the word but it rhymes with Nike, he is of a "travelling fraternity") and his car is showing up as not insured too!!! How accurate is this database??

Depends what your Tracker suscription is. Mine has a vehicle watch and recovery clause so once found it does not get nicked again.
