Why are you so bothered about this car?
I can't understand to be honest, is it parked on an unscrupulous neighbors drive?
People get bad things happen for sticking their noses in round here
I'd not worry about it, crooks don't usually s*** on their own doorsteps 
, and you're car's more likely to be safe with them over the road
