last 24 hours not been great. after the episode with the tshirt last night, the dog has just punched my arm right on the cut, as i hugged the other half.
yo make matters worse, i cried out, swung my arm to push him away, blind as my eyes were closed grimacing with pain lol, and hit myself straight on the same spot!
i feel how i felt when i came out of surgery now, just without the strong drugs

Well..........
after almost 3 weeks of "recovery" im still having serious issues straightening my arm. So went to the doctors this morning.
He sent me to the hospital, and I have an appointment to see the duty physiotherapist at 11am. Then down for urgent after care. Doh!
In the meantime my GP also signed me off for another 4 weeks. Which runs me out of sick pay. So its all getting a little tense right now.
Looking to be back at work for April some time...... at the moment anyway.
Hoping that the physio will have a positive impact on my arms recovery and I can get back to normal life soon.
Getting really bored now
