The answer to that is to never use a view that shows the pics. I've never accidentally seen naked pics on someone else's machine.

I tried taking a photo of mine but the memory filled, 4GB just isn't big enough...

i bought a phone of ebay about 2 years ago, the previous owner had some really decent photos of herself still on it.
Even a nice video, was worth every penny!!
She got some great feedback.
