Thats criminal, Totally devalued the very essense that is an RS200.
An RS200 has a mid mounted BDT, not a poxy flat 4 in the front.
Sorry guys, im a purist when it comes to proper Fords, even modded fords should use ford parts/engines etc.
Fully appreciate the work involved and think its looks very good and i dare say goes well. Just a shame that its not the genuine article.

its just a kit car that's used a subaru WRX as a base. Short of hacking about a cossie, there arent many better things to base your kit car on !
also, considering how rare / tempremental the original RS200s were, its understandable that somebody would prefer a kit car. All the plus points with none of the negatives.
Only downside is that purists such as yourself dont see it as a "proper" rs200, but i could live with that quite easily
