Last seen trying to get the lid off and lift a scoop of protein whey into it!
As for the tinkerbell custom airbrushing, I was just testing, I like ya style, hope you get it back soon
Sorry Pimmo, all in good humour, hope you get on track with what you need and where you are going.

lol nutta.
Bulking out will surely still happen without taking lots of extra protein and just using a protein rich diet, as well as the carbs as and when needed.
Do you have trouble gaining weight in general?
I gained bulk quite easily when training, didnt even really concentrate on diet, so guess I was one of the lucky ones.
Once my arm is fixed I can start over again lol

This is a clear case of over complicating a very simple issue. Forget this intricate gram/pound ratio. Eat a well balanced diet five small meals covering the bases of high protein/moderate carbs/low fat. By doing this you won't need supplementation. Your gains will be dictated more by genetics and training than diet at this point. Don't get too hung up on supplements especially if they're causing problems.

Throw that Body Fortress crapola in the bin and get some decent quality whey, if whey's what you want. Somewhere like myprotein.co.uk - Leading Online Manufacturer & Supplier of Sports and Nutritional Supplements sell top quality whey cheaper than that Body Fortress junk (even when it's on special offer).
And bulking up's not just about filling yourself up with protein. You need quality carbs to grow, and don't forget plenty of decent fat as well.
Your best bet is to get yourself over to MuscleTalk Bodybuilding Forum and start reading, and reading, and reading. Then post your diet up in the diet forum and get some of the top bods on there to rip it to shreds and let you know what you need to do to progress.

Yes I agree education is the way forward but trial and error is part and parcel of the learning process. Ultimately the OP is best placed to find what will or will not work for him.
