good luck with the rr. Even if it is slightly down on power, it doesn`t mean there is anything wrong with it. However, if there is something wrong, that should be picked up on the dyno good luck

will give you an insight to what is achievable on the Sti05 ppp, its not all about peak figures.

very nice results on both cars!!!
There is no question in my head that I want it also remapped
There is only the problem that I'm located in Holland, and to get to any of you guys cost about the same as the remap Bloody ferry costs the most. Here I didn't find any reputable tuners yet, only the one in germany, which seems to be ok(posted a link to their site somewhere above)
But first I have to know if it is all ok with the car, because I'm convinced it is not, but might be wrong. After that I can get it mapped

That is a great idea . I don't know anybody else interested though, so would be me only. But I didn't realise you can do it anywhere ? That quite nice.

In any case first I want to see the rr result. If that is ok, I'll get a remap. If is not, then is back to dealer to make it right, and I'll still get it remapped but later

Time to post my promised update, as yesterday I had the car on rr. I'm sure quite a few will find it interesting

But before that, I'll post also what I did up front. I started to try my car on other fules also, not bp ultima, and surprisingly I found(paying huge attention-as it is not easy) that with any other fuel the car is running smoother and less noisier, but also, most importantly, pulling harder. With ulitma, when boost came on, I always heard from around the turbo area a kind of a rattle, and this is now almost completely gone. I found that it goes the best with total's excellium(98 octan): smoother and pulls significantly harder.
Then I fitted the sti panel filter. The difference is very small, but it feels like boost is coming on a few hundred revs lower as before.

Then I went to rr. There were several runs done, first 3 on 3rd gear, measuring the loss also. Car produced 261.6 bhp ATW, measured loss was 12% - which to me seems way too low, but in any case what matters is at the wheel, so I don't care too much about it. Engine torque was 378 Nm, fuel cut at 7500rpm at 225 Nm. With 12%loss engine bhp is 286.8. Max boost is 1.3

Next runs were in 4th gear: 250 bhp ATW, 385 Nm engine torque, loss 12%, max boos 1.31(kept between 3.4k - 5.4 rev) after that dropping to 0.95. What is interesting is that the bhp is constantly at 250 ATW between 5.7k-6.8k(maybe the sti panel filter)

Looking with attention to the figures, I think these are spot on, as if I convert the ATW figures to the engine with a more realistic loss, like 14-16%, it will make about 305 - 310 bhp, and 390 - 405 Nm, exactly claimed by PPP.

So quite shamefully have to admit and declare that BP Ultima is really bad for my sti, but on the other hand I'm happy with the result

I thought that the max boost is more than 1.31, more like 1.35 - 1.4, but maybe on the road it does reach these figures.

Comments/oppinions/question -ask them

My 03sti ppp also makes a healthy 300hp/300lbft. Makes you wonder what these rolling road operators do to make ppp's cars read lower?
