Sorry to read about your troubles fella, it might be worth getting in touch with your local citizens advice for advice on what to do next.
The seller advertised as a JDM and it's obviously not so can he be done under the trades descriptions act?

How long ago did you buy this..?
As I see it you have two options;
Small claims court, provided you have enough evidence (ie a receipt stating you've bought a JDM and Ebay print out etc). The problem with this is he could argue that the engine's been changed after the sale, or you knew it had a new engine before buying..!
Secondly, pay someone to visit him and 'explain' his error..
Finally, if all else fails get it PROPERLY mapped, although you may always wonder what else isn't what it should be..!
