But it's all redundant as often it's not like he's gonna hear you over the channel tunnel sized exhaust he's likely to be sporting on the Corsa!

Or over the one the scooby owner is likely to have, for that matter

"I had to put my foot down the other day against a renault 5 turbo, I don't usually bother anymore but it's been ages since I last saw one .He lost"

I bet it's been even longer since you saw a proper mid-engined Renault 5 Turbo like mine:

My R5T2: 185bhp, 970kg = 191bhp/tonne
My JDM Bugeye WRX: 250bhp, 1340kg = 187bhp/tonne

Was going down dual carriageway when a guy in a saxo came right up behind me flashing is headlights i was doing 60 and slowing for the roundabout that was approaching so i pulled over thinking their is no way he is going to get past as the roundabout was near he pulled up side and tried to get to the roundabout first so i took my foot of the brake and matched him speed for speed to the roundabout i braked 15meters from roundabout and stopped he went on to totally lose it spin 360 in middle of road as i past him he was facing me so i pointed to my AP6 pots on front 4pots rear he made some sort of rude gesture.

What you need is a light classic! Now if you'd have had 250bhp in that it'd give a power to weight ratio of 205.68 bhp per tonne which would eclipse even your little pocket rocket

Of course, if you swap the puny td04 to something a bit more like they should have left the factory with (say, oh, I don't know a VF35 ) and get a classic up to 320bhp you get an amazing 263.27 bhp per tonne

Classics rule!

I had a guy in a seat leon looking at me as if i had just come from eastern europe to claim benefits. The 90's family estate from japan though told it like it was and we were gone!. Irresponsible but, well there we go.
