thanks guys. yes i have always snored like a rhino, no not overweight, yes i dont drink much water during the day, no other side effects at all.
went to brands hatch today though and was right as rain, walking about in the cold, taking pics all day. i think i just need to do a bit more outside, TBH, i think couping myself in all day breeds a kind of lazyness.
i will try and drink more fluids and see how i go with the exercise, if no change in 2 weeks, down the docs, for a "drop and cough" lol
