Making you lot feel welcome is no work at all... this is due to to the very simple fact that, to a man and lady, you are a brilliant set of people and we're honoured to have you as 'next door neighbours'....

Please pass on my best to Chris and everyone else... we'll no doubt be meeting up in the near future when the light gets better to make the trip over... In fact, we must setup a regular mid-month get together during the summer months somewhere in between....
