It may not be house, but play Mark Ronson's version of "Stop Me". It always makes me smile, no matter how life is going (Pretty Green makes me tap my toes too). It's just a toon that makes most people think of fun times (not the Smiths version that just depresses everyone).

I love my cd collection!!!

Insanity I remember being at Charnock Richards services when I first heard that. Everyone was dancing on the petrol pumps until about 300 riot police and dogs turned up. Those were the days

Felix - Don't you want me.

Lisa Lisa and the cult jam - let the beat hit em.

Blue pearl - naked in the rain, Munroes/Blackburn 1992.

Control - Dance with me - what a fooking tune that was
YouTube - Control - Dance with me (I'm your Ecstacy)

Not house but remembers James Brown is dead?

It's weird, this is my favourite genre of music, and yet I've never heard of any of these tunes.

For the record my all time faves would be:

Black Beauty
The theme from National Velvet

You sir are a genius - That was my anthem of choice in 1990! I remember my then girlfriend telling me it was in the charts (when I knew it had just gone on white label) and going mental at the idea

Eveything starts with an E by Ezee Possee (sp) was a silly but "in" one in 89.

Who did "So Real" - that went - feel the power, feel it everywhere, so real so real so real oooo feel it in the air feel it everywhere so real so real so real yeah yeah etc

Shades of Rythym too - anything by them - legendary...

Time Frequency for cheesy chart dance....

Oooo the memories - I am gonna dig out all my old skool cd's tonight
