I think it's fake.
Look again.
1st photo - Tyre is on his belly.
(Trucks have ability to lift axles for low weight loads to save tyre wear)
2nd photo - Tyre is much further up his chest - why take photo #1 - then move truck a foot or so and take photo #2
Also,the spray paint outline is different on photo 1 and 2
Also - chap in under the rear right wheel - US Vehicles are Left hand drive
No tyremarks on his trousers?

I thinking fake too.
Mainly because if you though you'd just runs soemone over, you hit the brakes hard.
On a large truck, the rears will lock easily and skid.....this guy would have been dragged down the road with the wheel - So I would expect it to leave a trail of flesh behind. Or, the wheel would slide off the guy. No real sign of skid marks either..Now maybe it woukld be plausible if the driver just reversed back over him just to "make sure"
Noticed truck has alloy wheels - nice
Why don't UK trucks have an alloy option

I would have thought he would have been a lot flatter than that if he had been run over by a truck, plus the position he is in, the front wheel of the pair would have run over him aswell probably crushing his head, pelvis and legs like a nut. Also there is no tyre print on his clean jeans.
It looks liek he is lying there sucking his stomach in, but I could be wrong.
But as said already I have never seen any squashed by a truck before.

This fine upstanding member of the infamous 18th Street LA gang decided one day that he would try to car-jack a semi truck at gun point .
The gangster jumped up on the driver side, while the truck was in motion, and stuck a gun in the drivers face.
The only problem was that the truck driver opened up the door and knocked the attempted thief off. He lost his balance and fell under the wheels of the truck, at which time the driver slammed on his brakes, resting on top of him and decided that this was the perfect time to whip out his Fuji Disposable camera...?

Splendid - perhaps a poster campaign about the perils of car jacking.
Maybe all convicted criminals should be lined up then driven over by artics, would cut the reoffending rates a treat and be good reason not to commit crimes

les, no they dont. if you lift your head our of the Daily Mail for a moment you may notice real life isnt like that at all. In fact, there was a case only recently of a guy stabbed with his own knife and NO repercussions for his killer who acted in self defence.
of course if you want to remove human rights for those committing a crime then get ready for speed cameras to be replaced with snipers!

in the army when we were on exercise we used to come up the most b4stard barbed wire entaglements and danit coil fences possible to keep our mate out let alone burglars.
But then again we had SA80s for the burglars
I will never forget running into a razor wire fence on exercise in the US and getting tangled up in it

That's the wheels of justice for you. Too bad he wasn't really an LA gang member. It would have proven that gang members don't have any guts. At least, not in their mid-sections. He thought he would get rich quick, but when he hit the street, his hopes fell flat. 
Poor guy must've gone off his meds -- probably for depression or split person-ality. Or maybe he just couldn't take a good ribbing. On the bright side, for the funeral, his jacket has been nicely pressed.
Now, I'm so glad I got that off my chest!
