Anywhere centre strip according to your budget. Don't make the mistake of staying off strip (unless you are there just to gamble) or at the extremeties. You'll just end up wasting time travelling to where the action is.

I stay at the Wynn mostly.

I would stay in cesars palace, The belagio and ceasars are the two best hotels on the strip except cesars is half the price of the belagio and not much more than say treasure island
