Same here, i have extensive knowledge of these issues, and have always taken pride in my work
As long as said boobies are done at a reputable place (which usually means more$'s), and the girl in question doesn't go MASSIVELY big, i think its impossible to tell the difference
And yes, i have felt the real things, many times thanks

Even the ones that feel good generally don't tend to go with the rest of the body they are attached to IMO. Either too perky, out of proportion or even too perfect. Call me a purist but I prefer my thrills organic rather than synthetic.

Got 20 outa 20 and number 18 are nasty. Well i should have known better than to ask you lot, sorry peeps but no chance of before pics but the misses said, you can deffo have some pics after. You cant get fairer than that. Anyway, any chance of some sensible reccomendations for clinics or are you going to keep hounding me for pics.....Glad i got that off my chest
