There is a famous bloke in the states who puts one in through the belly button then fills it with saline after its inside. Healing time is faster and less painful and there is no scarring as the cut is in the belly button. I think the weak dollar made it cheaper than here as well.

My girlfriend had a boob job just over a year ago. I wasn't that keen on the idea at first and she was in a lot of pain for a couple of weeks, she couldn't move her arms properly. However now i'm glad she's had it done and she's delighted with them, they feel a lot softer than I imagined they would

Even the ones that feel good generally don't tend to go with the rest of the body they are attached to IMO. Either too perky, out of proportion or even too perfect. Call me a purist but I prefer my thrills organic rather than synthetic.
Gave up the life of hedonism when I got married so my interest these days is purely academic, largely due to the fact my better half has the most exquisite and perfect breasts gifted to her by nature.

I've got plenty of pictures. I have my own opinion about the wisdom of publishing pictures of one's nearest and dearest for people on an internet forum to leer at however.

Not really a recommendation but my wife has an appointment with Harley Street doctors in Cardiff end of the month. They did her friends and all went very well.
We looked at further eastern europe like hungary but again it boils down to should we spend £5K in this country or £2.5K overseas all in.
The thing that we were mostly put off by was that if theres a problem you have to go back to the original doctors which means yet more flights and costs.
Plus even though the savings are massive its your body your buggering with and you really only get one.
I'd be very interested to know where you eventually choose. And good luck.

One of the women who worked with my wife at the same hairdressers, phoned and came around about an hour ago and she had hers done in Belgium with the follow ups in Birmingham and if anything went wrong insurance cover included in the price to have it sorted here. She paid £2800 and they look fantastic, i only saw them covered up but she showed the wife the whole truth and she said fantastic. So i will investgate a bit more.............oh and no I DONT HAVE ANY PICS
