Just about to prepare my first bowl of the day lol.
RB5, might indeed be the case. However I think my diet while not balanced certainly gets all the recommended amounts of most things in![Smile](images/smilies/smile.gif)
Chicken for lunch today, might even treat myself to some pasta and sauce with it all. Got a long walk to be had before anything though, come on doggie... lol

Snazy, stop trying to convince youself, get down the Spar and get a big packet of crisps, 2 litres of Cherry Coke and a selection of the best confectionary Britain has to offer. I mean fruit is ok but they wouldnt have invented Snickers, Bounties and Thai Sweet Chilli Sensations if it were that Great.

Don't eat too much pineapple...
... it contains an enzyme called "Bromelain".
This enzyme is a naturally occurring meat tenderizer, and it has been known to eat away at living flesh over sustained periods. There was a case during WWII when shipwrecked sailors were on a diet of mainly pineapple. Most of their teeth fell out due to the action of Bromelain on their gums.

No worries about the teeth, but I reckon 400grams a day cant be that bad, as a single measured portion is 200g
Thanks for the pointer though.
Jacko, as for the remainder of the diet, im not commenting, however Hotel Chocolat, Millies Cookies, Local kebab shop and other businesses do well out of me. I call it the Fatty/Slim balance

I love pineapple, but have recently been told by my dentist that it can give you mouth ulcers if you eat it too often..
I suffer badly with mouth ulcers so have restricted my pineapple intake
