just read through abref bit of the ruling, the judge sided wholey with Paul, and went along with what he offered.

threw out what she asked for, all 4 houses, 1 office (totaling 25mill, ish), 3.25mill a year cash etc etc

from the judges summing up

Sir Paul's evidence was described as "balanced".

"He expressed himself moderately though at times with justifiable irritation, if not anger. He was consistent, accurate and honest," Mr Justice Bennett said.

The judge wrote that he gave Ms Mills "every allowance for the enormous strain she must have been under".

But he added: "I am driven to the conclusion that much of her evidence, both written and oral, was not just inconsistent and inaccurate but also less than candid".

"Overall she was a less than impressive witness," he said.

She needs to stop whinging about things, and appreciate what she has got... a healthy daughter (a child who's father is around, and very supportive of her), a nice home, child care & schooling paid for,and a nice bank balance..

The kid could benefit (and should) but why the mother! I'd love to pass judgement on a limelight case like this, send the trout out with **** all.. give the kid more than enough to be kept nicley and a decent sum when it turns 18, have a decent house for the kid etc but keep it all tied to the child only.

For Gods sake, why the need for debate?

The stupid woman went into court and swore under oath that she was his business partner and he owed part of his fortune to her.
The when asked if she thought £24m was fair as Paul was worth £400m she rants that everyone knows paul has been worth £800m for fifteen years.(is that why she married him?)
In that case her help as a business partner lost him £400m so she should be giving him money

She also lied in court with regard to her "charitable donations" None of her tax records indicated any money going to charity.

She is a lying bunny boiler with an obviously unstable personality who should be sectioned until sanity is proved or most likely disproved..............

At a mere 5% interest basic tax paid she will earn 825K per annum [from Northern Rock!] so even if she pays UK tax at 40% she will nett £700K or some £2,000 per day and she's still got the £35,000 for the child which is nett of tax at £100 a day or thereabouts.
