In my opinion the best parks for rides are:
*Island of Adventures - The first part of the ride is a 'Holy Shiiiiiiiit' of a suprise, Sit at the front of Dueling Dragons.
*Busch Gardens (but it is an hour drive from the rest of the parks) - Avoid the 3D pirate thing, its rubbish.

Then the best of the rest:
*Seaworld - Shamu (sp?), Dolphin Show, Pets Ahoy!, Feeding the rays, Kraken (sp?)
*Animal Kingdom - Everest Ride is way cool and the jungle cafe is hilarious

Expensive but awesome:
*VIP Island of adventures pass
*Discovery cove

I didnt like:
*MGM - Urg
*Magic Kingdom - Boring unless you have children (but still boring)
*Universal studios - I made the mistake of going here after Island of Adventures, I spent about an hour in total there.
*Epcott - It was boiling, rides were crap and the other stuff would of been cool 10 years ago. Honey I shrunk the audience will probably scare the living crap out of one your children, give another motion sickness and give you a terrible headache. The only saving grace was that there was a wine and food festival on, so I got wasted.

Also Outback restaurants are freaking awesome.

Other stuff worth doing if you have the time, Dolphin Boat ride from the pier at St. Petes, Daytona Beach, Anna maria island, Swamp boat ride at Mount Dora? (urm where Al capones book keeper lived?), Shuttle / Rocket launches if you are lucky.

Also this might help:

Anheuser-Bush (yeah the bud brewery) own - Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Busch Gardens, Aquatica (they do ticket deals with universal)

Universal - Universal Studios, Island of Adventures, Wet'n'wild (they do ticket deals with Anheuser Busch)

Disney - Magic Kingdom, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Epcott

If you want to look like a complete tool and stand out like a sore thumb then wear Football shirts and 'Sports' wear.

Ok guys what about places to stay? Heard that Kissimee is better than I-Drive? We know we'll need a car for getting around during the day but want to be able to go out for a beer on foot. We're only going for four nights so happy enough with hotel (i.e. not fussed about having a kitchen) - any recommendations?

Cheers

Kissimee is more larger holiday homes, (plus it is slighty further out but not by much)

I-drive is right next to everything (when compared to kissimee)

I stay in Davenport, not nearly as tourist oriented, but still only 15 mins from everywhere you wanna be. Davenport gets a big thumbs up from me.

Its on the 27, 5 mins from the 192, which leads straight to the I4, and more importantl for me the 429

Churchill Park Dr, Davenport, Polk, Florida 33897, United States - Google Maps

If you can get anywhere round there, your laughing
This is where we stay.... Florida Davenport Villa

Downside of I-Drive is the speed the traffic moves when your NOT going somewhere locally.
We have a place on I-Drive to stay in this year incase we are out late and cant be bothered driving back to the house... Which to be honest is pretty unlikely as I love the house. lol

I've just been trying to decide what tickets to buy & we've decided to get 2 Universal 3 park bonus tickets @ £75 each, & 2 Walt Disney 5 day premium tickets £155 each.

Bought from here Disney Tickets, SeaWorld Tickets, Universal Studios® Tickets, Orlando Flextickets™ and more

Thanks for your help & links guys
