typical example tho of current market, ok high on miles but soo cheap

ive got a bmw e46 320 ci se coupe x reg, silver, m tech alloys etc, m tech leather, loads of extras quite a nice old car done 140k

had it on the net for £4200 ono

to me a rediculous cheap new shape coupe certainly couldnt find one cheaper, and in 8 days its not sold, gonna give the autotrader a go then ill just sell it for whatever i can get for it

sometimes its the price bracket also, sub 2k cars fly away if priced well, anything over i allways prepare to have to wait a month unless im lucky

Mmmm its not just the extra fuel and duty tax on cars that hits people in the pocket, its half the value going missing while you were not looking.

700 is trade price for that car, on a forcourt it would be 1300 so to be honest its a little to dear as your asking retail for it

the price of the supra seems ok....i reckon you aint too far away ...the miles are up a little but you should get 8k for it... i havent sold the vvti sup's but a 96 but was 7800 last year on 53k miles...so the miles seem the only thing to be an issue..if in doubt, fix price ebay it as its good advertising......

Classfied ad on ebay worked for me, and also generated the most enquiries.

Well, placed on eBay classifieds now. Lets see what happens.

Having seen all the pictures again, I don't want to sell it!

Marketing the property effectively may help. The details are badly written; the capitals thing is ridiculous and it's simply not sensational. It's a one bedroom flat with some slopey ceilings and a smattering of green chairs.

That's cos you need full warranty on those with bells on mate. Well Ok maybe they are better than my old 4.6 HSE (went through 3 overalls in fixing that alone!!!)

If your property is sticking don't be afraid to lower the price some more.

One of the tricks agents use in a difficult market is to put a property on the market at a price that is some 10% under the market price.

More people start to view the property because they think its cheap and they might get a bargain, but then a good agent will work folk into competitive bidding which pushes the price along through the original price.

As you made the first offer, it's yours. If you can make the cheque out for £2250 for the corn flakes, I'll send you your cereal and free gift
