Livingstone is trying every dirty trick he can to scare people away from voting for Boris. The suggestion he's racist/anti-immigrants/a toff is pretty ludicrous given that his father was an immigrant.
I wish I lived in London just so I could vote against Livingstone - he's possibly the most vile politician I can think of, and that's saying something these days.
