Online is 99% fine wise for me, couple of disconnections but very little of the erratic vehicle movements mentioned elsewhere and my DFP works well on the PS3 and PC
Think you can select which wheel you can use in the options menu, this may help if you dont know about that option

I've had my PS3 with GT5P since Thursday and have spent a good chunk of the weekend playing it, C Class complete and only the Integra race to do in B Class.
Like my thread on the update issue, its a complete and utter pain in the ****. I was beginning to think it would never update!
Graphically its very good, not as impressive as what I was expecting but still very good.
I do think they're having a laugh with some of the events though, overtaking all the cars in the Integra in C Class was bad enough but I can only manage 7th in B Class!
As for online, I've had no problems (Once I got it updated obviously!!) playing online and I've not being kicked out. Some of the other racers are hopeless though and their cars are all over the place, I'm sure some of them are blind! I did notice some of the other cars jerking along the track though which looked a bit weird.
Agreed about GT2, that was by far the best one with the Rome, Tahiti and rally stages. GT4 was a huge let down for me, all the cars handled differantly to previous games and the 4WD cars understeered like bitches to the point where they were practically undrivable. The Impreza in this new game handles loads better.
If they sort out the update glitches and get rid of the impossile events then the main game should get back to what made GT 1-3 so good.
