Hey ,

I've got it Today. I cant fully test it because i'll Run it in oldschool
(I know what some will say but ive done it to all my Cars its like an Ritual for me so no need for a War )

MY08 fist Impression is that it isnt as soft some testers said it is.Maybe on a Track or Runway but on normal Roads you feel most bumps worth noticing.

The "intelligent mode" is crap imo , sport is perfekt for the City and Motorway.
Sport# is pulls like a Train out of all revs ive tryed.

The elektronic Gimmicks (ESP,ABS...) are almost unnoticable , they dont "cut down" the the Power so much like in for Example an BMW 130.You need to push it bigtime to activate them and thats in the safest setting.

As soon it has more Miles on it will be fully testet but even without trashing
it like an Idiot it was a great ride

Most dealers reconise it and give discounts on servicing, parts and labour, also get discounted show ticket etc etc. doesn't take long to get the annual fee back IMHO

Second question.
Are those alloy covers on the STI? or have you added sh*te wheels to that too?
Nothing like a warm welcome

He's right though, the wheels on the RS look awful.

STI looks very nice though

The Wheels on my ex FRS are the Winter Wheels they and were not many 17s
which would fit over the Brembos(at the Time I bought them they were the only ones).

Welcome to the club mate!! As some have already said, ignore the plums on this site. I agree on the RS wheels but the new scoob looks good. Im toying with the idea myself, but it will need to be a big difference to the one i have to tempt me.
As for the crap about the design of the car, i had the same thing myself when i got my hawkeye and now many who crapped on the idea of the new car have changed their minds!!

Enjoy

Default MY08 STi

Welcome to the MY08 STi club.

When you skip the bile and jealousy, and if you can ignore the drama queen ranting and baiting from the uninformed and uneducated, then you will find some useful stuff on here. Just takes a bit of filtering.

PS. I get my front fogs fitted on Monday afternoon.
