Mark we are so pleased you got away with just a few battle scars when it could have been so much worse. Cars can be replaced etc. Hope the aches settle down soon. That old Leggy sure looked after you mate.

Looking back it was a "It could have been any one of us" accident. Spally moved to the middle lane as the outside lane started to cover over with snow. I followed only moments later & felt the snow grabbing at my tyres. When we pulled onto the hard shoulder & into the little lay-by people were saying how their ABS was kicking in.

Whatever gritting was done hadn't worked on that stretch very well.

As you said afterwards it was lucky, for us not for you, that you went off where you did or you could have collected any cars that were coming up behind you.

Look forward to seeing what your next purchase will be.

Mark & Jess

Yeah, I expect you will find the sore bits emerging over the next week or so. I am still feeling a bit bruised inside from the lorry hitting the passenger side of my car. Your incident looked worse than mine but as many have said, cars can be replaced & at least you walked away. Wish you all the best in your recovery

He slept like a baby last night and has been asleep on the sofa since 9pm
he's alway's had a head like a coconut and a body to match seemingly
Took ages to get all that dirt stuck in his head out his hand look's a bit messy and there are a few bruises appearing on the abdomen and neck but apart from that he's fine.
