Even if you feel that morally you are OK, please be careful as you are using their name, I wouldnt want to see you suffer financially and you could. The one thing any company has (or any person come to that) is their name. They will fight to protect them selves from any one using it. They wont consider if its positive or negative use of their brand name.
They have almost unlimited resources, you dont. Trust me they will win!
