M5 car jacking in Southend this morning

I don't think anything will come out until the investigation has finished. As I understand it the kidnap was attempted to get hold of the takings from the club. obviousely it went wrong and he escaped ... so the car was dumped. the police in southend are completely useless ... more interested in traffic offences and cruisers than real crimes.
I guess its one of the increasing small number of businesses that still deal mainly in cash

problem with clubs is the time that you cash up. it tends to be very early in the morning before security deposit services can get there. Also you are correct, in a club like mayhem card transaction volumes are very very minimal. as i said though thank god whatever plan the kidnappers had failed. must have been an awfull experience.

The Police didn't seem to know they **** from their elbows
Must agree, without knowing too much about him, it brings it home when the picture on his phone is of his little girl, and no matter what he's into, their are people that would have really missed him, IF anything had happened.
If they had tried dumping the car outside my yard this morning, they would have been really stuck, and possibly caught, as I had a big delivery lorry blocking the road at the same time as it happened yesterday.

Not in the article no. BUT read the comments.... FOOL...
If he's stupid enough to drive a relatively rare sports car (a Noble) in the early evening, especially on Canvey, and expects not to get noticed when he mows someone down he more than deserves to get arrested. I really hope the poor boy recovers (

most are jealous mindless failures who have nothing remotely interesting to look forward to in their lives mate. in 50 years time they'll still be doing the same job and saying the same **** ... best not to worry about them as I'm sure Gary doesn't
