And one further thing . If you're not excited about any of the cars you have tried then how about looking at something cheaper? I know it's far cooler to shovel your last penny into a car, but £10k (or less?) will buy you something very nice indeed. Food for thought.
Yep I thought I would consider the new Ford ST (saw one at the Geneva motor show looked Ok) however I got a pityful reception when I went to the local ford garage. They didn't have any, didn't know when they would be getting any, no leaflets and didn't even want to look at my car.

Anyway as my other thread says I went for the WRX so just waiting to collect it now

I think ford are going to bring out a 4wd Focus soon, possibly the RS Cosworth that they were originally going to release a few Years ago....should be interesting to see how it compares up with the new WRX.

Nope went for a test drive in the cliosport 197 it feels like a toy compared with new WRX hardly any power at start off, though grip seemed quite good, interior really plasticky and only two doors possibly a cheap car to buy

mate ive got a sti type r with 320/320 and i had to try quite hard to stay with him ok he knew the roads but in real terms it was a bloody quick car through the twisties and when i drove it if kept on song id be supprised if a standard wrx would stay with it on a dry road and my previous wrx at 280 bhp certainly would not have! and before you say it yes i can drive and ride ok only 2 doors and just read you've orderd the wrx im sure it will be just fine! i think it doesnt look any worse than the competition after all who in there right mind buys a subaru for its looks!
