I as a reserve contestant many years ago so was on standby if a contestant picked up an injury and could not carry on (happened quite a few times)
Jet was lovely, cracking body and very very friendly. The male glads were a bit arrogant and didin't really mix with the contestants back stage.
I was invited into the female changing area and thought my boat had come in, but alas they were all fully clothed.
I got to practice all the games though in preparation which was cool.

For me not too bad - I only tried it a couple of times in non-competitive circumstances but it caught a lot of people out. The tip they gave was to focus on the top - where you wanted to get to - and not to look down. Seemed to help.
