Halfords do some bike racks starting from £37.99 for rear mounted racks. Don't know if they are any good.

Had a lovely day out yesterday on the bike with Frazier... (though I think a gel seat is in order!)
Looking forward to coming out with everyone in a couple of weeks (exams soon so they take priority

May I recomend this particular seat for your bottom 
This is the mens one, but would probably be fine.
