Oil Temp?
#31
FWIW, having just fitted a pressure gauge, I get 6.5bar (~94psi) cold start, dropping to just below 3bar (~43psi) @ 90c.
This is using Motul 300v 10w40, changed ~4k ago (usu. changed every 5-6k..)

Lol, and having gauges can be a very bitter sweet experience..
At the end of the day as long as you know how to interpret the figures they're a good thing for modded scoob owners..

Yeah you are right. At one stage I had twelve
Everything from fuel pressure to exhaust temp to inlet air temp.
I was forever worrying if the readings were right/wrong instead of enjoying the car. I am now down to five of the essentials,- boost, water temp, oil temp, oil pressure and for some reason volts. Have removed the speedo as well. Even these are a waste during a hillclimb, you never look at them. Maybe on a race track or longer tarmac rally you will have a chance to glance at them, but on a 1 to 1:30 course you just notice the view through the windscreen.
Thinking of a Stack display to actually have some recording of what happens at 2bar and 8000rpm.
