Snazy, you goon
Thanks A, tell you what. I would not hesitate in recommending the bloke who did it. He was fantastic and totally put me at ease. Oh and he was an outrageous flirt so we got on famously
Covered in tattoos, even had on on the front of his neck, right over the adams apple

I wanted to keep it simple - less time spent having it done lol..
I'll have to take a pic of stuarts when he has it done... we saw the guys mock up of it yesterday, and it is fab...

I wanted something quite plain, as the little Rose is quite detailed. Does that make sense
Fancy on the right, plain on the left.

ohh, I'm a bit late, but better late than never
The first one....
And the second, took me ages to find the artwork and it is one tattoo just inverted, Life/Death.

What do you lot think of this (on the left)?
or this (at the top)?
I've been looking at loads and everything that I like (small and delicate squirly girly flowers and stuff) wouldn't be big enough to cover my rose, alternatively I might just leave it as it is, it's so faded and when I'm tanned barely notices Anna I stole these from the place you're going to
Has anyone got any more links? I looked on Louis Molloy's site but he comes across as a bit of an ****, maybe it's just me?
Whoever I go to (if) I go must be blooming good, I don't want any thick lines, the tattoo I have now was very nicely done but I can't remember the name of the chap that did as it was so long ago Plus the fact that the studio is over 200 miles away, maybe I should ring them? I'm talking to myself again...
I don't know what to do, help me you lot, I'll post a pic of the current tattoo up later but first I need some retail therapy

I go to Sacred Art Tattoo Mark and Sandy are fantastic in every way, I'd say worth the waiting list (you have to book about a month or 2 in advance!)

Rising Phoenix in Leighton is good too Heather is amazing from design to put it on skin.
Personally, I would say walk into a studio with a design or 2, and say, I want something like that but NOT THAT.... design me something please.
If they want your money and are worth it, they will draw something "custom" up for you. Custom is the way to go

I agree. I know mine is really just an outline, but that is what I told him I wanted. A little Dove. He drew it for me there and then and I loved it.
500, that horse is a beauty

I do 140-170 mile round trip (depending on route) to have my tattoo sittings. On your doorstep is not always the best way. Be willing to travel
Lee, definatly. Should be something you WANT, not that you have seen and like. Generic is "boring" dare I say
There is an apprentice in the place I go, 40 year old guy but his art work is AMAZING.
Gonna see what he can dream up for my thigh too. Design only of course, Heather can keep doing the ink lol.

Cheers
It's this famous horse, got it as a mark of respect for my late father who was a Ferrari specialist many moons ago.
I agree that freehand is the way to go, even though mine were copied from artwork that I took in, I'm sure that my next one will be.
