lol dunno about a gold silver or bronze for this challenge, I might just get tin or aluminium at this rate ! 
Taking it easy today, and just gonna do some other gym training today, so cant see me changing position just yet.

The results...
Good effort Supermushi and Simon. How do you find the time, never mind the energy to rack up so many miles?
What's the next Challenge? I quite like having something to aim for.

lol im gutted, had a chest infection for the last 2 weeks
