I usually prepare for my w/e night shifts by either sleeping in 'til after lunch, or returning to bed for 2-3 hours in the afternoon on a friday. Due to a family crisis I didn't manage this this w/e. On saturday morning I was kept up for a few hours beyond my normal time and was then awoken after just 2 hours sleep also. So, from 8am friday to 8am sunday I managed 2 hours sleep, and I was ready to stab anyone who crossed me in the eye
Not good. I won't be seen or heard from tomorrow if I have my way
