UPDATE
Mike's car is up and runnning!
Amazing turn around Guys!
Milamber is just about to collect me, then off to Mocom and start the running in. Should be finished by the morning! (Just bought a case of Red Bull )
All fingers crossed, but at this point it looks very positive for Silverstone.

All the effort ironing the ESC shirt should be worth while now
Well done Mocom & Frayz for such a fantastic effort in getting Mike's car up & running.
YVM - mileage on the clock is what the game is.....just dont go thinking your in GT4 mode or you will be in trouble with Tissy (Essex bit of the M25)

Yep... Well done Zak, Luke & Frayz and thanks to you all!
Thanks Neil for helping to run the car in, especialy now that i'm stuck in Germany
Had a flight booked from Köln to Stansted @14:15 with Germanwings. Flight was cancelled so offered a bus transfer to Dusseldorf to get a flight to Stansted with Air Birlin. Bus arrived late and missed that flight... Air Berlin wanted nothing to do with us (around 40 passengers) as our booking was with GW. Then got told to got Lufthanser desk.... they new nothing and kept us waiting around 30 mins. then missed the next flight as a result....
Bottom line now is that i will be flying back with Lufthansder to Heathrow, but i have to make my own way back to Stansted!!!!
Bottom line i will get home around 21:30 to 22:00....... a quick hello to the wife then start my shift on the running in..... then back home sleep and then back to Zak for oil change, mapping, etc. Bed and then off to Silverstone...
Back to germany mondy morning.... i'm not popular at home now and i think if the wife see's the car, she'll take a match to it!!!
Oh well thats life.... just hope its all worth it on Sunday!!!

Big well done from me guys, i have been there and done it, and all nighters are hard work when building an engine. Stunning team effort, well done.
Hopefully see you Sunday, assuming Mike gets back from Germany.

Ok, the sky is just getting light so think it's time to call it a day.
Car ran without problem, just over 400 miles. Heavy fog up by Bury ST Edmunds - Cambridge and me nearly failing asleep were the only issues. (Had to pull over and have a 20min snooze).
Mike starts his turn in a couple of hours so should be 600+ before mapping at 11.00am

Yes Mike got back just before 10, but after that it seemed mean for him to go straight out in the car.

Without you Frayz I don't think that this would have happened, no disrespect to Zak he's done an enormous job too but he also has a business (and his own TA car to prepare) and the hours simply weren't there.
To get both cars to Silverstone is unbelievable
