Its basically a license for buyers to mess sellers around.
To clarify the confusion - a BUYER can still leave positive, neutral or negative feedback, however a SELLER can only leave positive, or nothing at all.
Also, where neutral feedback didnt used to lower your feedback score, it now does, so a neutral is the same as a negative, i.e. they both take 1 point off your feedback.
The main point Ebay seem to always miss is that their customers are the sellers NOT the buyers - the seller pays all the fees, the buyers dont pay anything.
At the moment there are a lot of big sellers leaving Ebay altogether, and listings are well down, so in 6 to 12 months time Ebay will be back to being a big car boot sale full of junk people are selling from their attics and sheds like it was when it first started.
