Thank you for the kind comments CrisP. We can now forget about that £20 you owe me for services rendered to Mr J.Daniels on Friday evening.

Scooby Regular
Is this in the vain hope that I will forget about the £100 you still owe me for the 4 campaign alloys I gave you 4 years ago?

The car was sold. The guy I had supposedly sold it to never came up with the cash, and eventually told me he didn't want it any more. Timewaster.
Now a bit sick of dealing with losers who ring you up out of the Autotrader, arange to visit (spoiling a mornings golf or afternoon at the pub in the process) and never turn up, so the car is not actually advertised any more. However, it is still offered for sale.
Mail me offline for a chat mate. I live close to Macclesfield, Cheshire, a bit far from Inverness.
Olly.

Hi
I'm just looking through Autotrader on the internet right now and I see your Golf advertised at £2395 but on the Scooby site it is £2995. What is the actual asking price of the car? I haven't bought a car privately before but if I go for yours is it possible for me to travel down with the cash and leave with the car the same day or are their any forms which have to be sent to the DVLA first? I'll give you a call tomorrow if I can get a reasonable insurance quote.

Thanks for that.
The car hasn't been for sale since January in case you are wondering. Its just that everything I own is usually for sale, and after I advertised the Golf, I got inundated with timewasters and losers phoning and emailing me crap. So I tucked it away in the garage.
In any case, I don't really wanna sell it anyway. Its far too good a car and will be nice to keep. It took me ages to find this one.
