The 355 looks better, but I'm sure the 360 is a better ownership prospect. 355 in red but the 360 in something like titanium or that dark blue metallic colour.

Happy hunting!

Chi-Ching!!!! Bought

1997 Ferrari 355 GTS in Red with Cream leather 24k miles. Capristo Sports Exhaust being fitted as we speak . 2k but OMG what a sound, the standard sounded good, but the Capristo left me with goose pimples

Hopefully pick it up tomorrow, but there is a slight prob over the V5 as the previous owner wants there private plate back AARRRRRRRGGGGG, may take 6-8 days to sort out the paper work AAARRGGGG I want it now!!!!!!

Congratulations. My friend and I used to spend hours playing F355 Challenge when we were teenagers and then did a 355 day at Goodwood when we had the cash. They look beautiful, sound awesome and handle sublimely.

I thought you were a dreamer when I read your posts....I was wrong.

I'll look forward to the inevitable updates. Again, congratulations.

lol, I certainly am a dreamer, I have been dreaming about this for years

I pick it tomorrow and then have a 500 mile drive back to Scotland, will be taking it nice and easy until I get used to the car. I have never had a powerful RWD before.

I can't access youtube from works PC but have a search for '355 Capristo' and have a listen

lol, I am married and the only person cleaning my pipe will be the wifey. However if parking a Ferrari in the drive the increases the pipe cleaning ratio then all the better

I would have had the Spider myself but the car will be parked on the drive in Scotland, so probably not the best place for a fabric roof.

So I actually made it home last night in my nice new 355

Drive back up to Scotland was approx 450 miles and the car never missed a beat. Took it nice and easy as the roads were wet and I have NO experience at all in RWD cars.

It's been raining this morning, but the sun is out now, so come on, dry those roads up nicely.

Guess what I will be doing today

Pics to follow...............

Take it easy - a mid-engined RWD supercar isn't the safest option to learn RWD dynamics in!

Cracking car and hope you enjoy it (like you wont.....)

As Nat21 says, well modulated inputs will reward you. Even if you get out of shape the car's perfectly catchable. Don't be scared of it, just have a healthy respect for the laws of physics.

You can trust me. I am an expert. I've done 7 laps at Goodwood.

Nice to see that gigantic Audi Q7 4x4 tank doing a bit of tough off-roading! I guess you have to park something like that on the lawn because it's too big to fit in the garage unless you want to climb out of the back window!

Love Ferraris. Hate Q7's and most other Chelsea tractors. That's all.

Well that's another tank of SUL added to my more than ample carbon footprint

I've gotten into arguments with a few people over the Chelsea Tractors pros and cons (also had an X5), all I can say is, the wife likes it. And a happy wife means I can blat about in a Ferrari.

Oh and it is not parked on the lawn, it's on the drive, just the angle of the pic It does fit in the garage, and spends most of its time off-road. And when I say off road, what I actually mean is doing the school run

Whilst you're entitled to view, may I ask, why couldn't you have just held tight on the political stuff for the sake of a Ferrari thread?

Anyway, car looks absolutely pukka. So does the 355. Do any Championship League footballers live in your street, hail-hail?
