or colleagues, who call you with the most urgent problem, that has to be sorted no matter what.....deadline etc...

as soon as you start working on the problem, and the time gets on, they just announce there going home, and your left to solve their problem!!

Prices on goods in Tescos'. You know what, there aren't any!!!

2 litres of Walls Cornish ice cream. Price? I don't fecking know because there isn't a price on it, and the w@nkers system, where they put a price label on the shelf is sh!te!

I spent 10 mins looking to see how much this cost. And I gave up and didn't buy it. That's your profits down Tesco's!!!

people that pay using a card in corner shops for stuff thats cost £2-3

Women at cashpoints. Why do they always need to try at least 2 cards and print off balances of each before deciding which to take cash from

I left my bag with phones, wallet et al at home the other week - my wife tried to phone me, realised both phones were in the bag... so phoned the local radio station (RAM FM) who promptly announced it so the WHOLE of Derby heard it, and told me to go home to get my bag.

When I finally got to the office I was greeted with "was that YOU they were talking about?" and "Got yer bag this time!?!?!"

I feel the need to vent my spleen about my bank. Normally when I go away I order my currency online through my bank account at LloydsTSB and have it delivered to my home which is easy and convenient. However this time I decided to order my Dollars and travel money card from Travelex as their rates were better and they don't charge for the travel money card unlike Lloyds who charge £7.50. In total I ordered just over 2K's worth online using my Lloyds debit card.

Yesterday I received an email from Travelex to say that my debit card had been declined, WTF? I knew there was enough money in there to cover the payment so couldn't understand why it had been declined. I rang Travelex who told me that it was probably because Lloyds treat the buying of currency as a cash withdrawal or cash advance and therefore would have blocked the card as it was over my daily withdrawal amount which is £250 (which is a silly piddly amount anyway )

So I rang Lloyds and I got through to a British human pretty quickly and told her that I needed to raise my cash advance limit to 2K to pay for curency and a travel money card. After being confused then speaking with her colleagues (or reading the manual ) for ages and ages she said I'd need to raise the cash advance amount to cover the 2K and then the transaction would go through which is exactly what I'd just told her I needed to do in the first place . She then put me through to the correct department - click, click, brrrrrr, line goes dead So after about 10 minutes of waiting for Miss Dolly Drawers to come back to tell me I needed to do exactly what I'd told her I needed to do in the first place the stupid bint cut me off

I waited patiently for her to phone me back which of course she didn't. So by now I'm losing my rag and have to go through the whole bloody process with someone else who after another 10 minutes and another 'consultation with her colleagues' tells me that I'm too late as the department that deals with that has just closed. At this point I lost it and told her that if her colleague had pressed the correct buttons it would've been sorted by now. She said there was nothing I could do until Tuesday when the department would next be open I asked her if the same thing would've happened had I ordered the travel card and Dollars from Lloyds using my debit card to pay for it. Strangely enough she said that the transaction would've gone through smoothly with no block being appled to the card, hmmmm...

So eventually after having an awesome rant at her I put the phone down and admitted defeat and ordered the bloody things through Lloyds, guess what? It went through with no problems.

So the upshot of this long and boring rant is that I HATE BANKS!

I know what you mean. I paid a £40k+ cheque into my Halifax account last May. It was October by the tie they got round to clearing it despite me phoning them between 2 and 5 times a week.

Cleo barstard Laine. How a wumman can make a whole career out of sounding like she's fellating a hot doughnut is beyond me. Any tune she attempts to sing is completely swamped behind an arsenal of ludicrous vocal idiosyncrasies.

my rant for today goes along the lines of:

I work right beside my previous job and both are in retail as i do work beside it i get alot of my old customers coming in to say hello! I have noticed a growing trend that they are being told by my old manager than i am unhappy in my new job, i get a **** wage and that i will probably be back in a few months when i realise what a mistake i have made! This ****s me off especially when i'm trying to make a big name for myself as a salesman and trying to get people to buy **** off me under the impression that if anything happens they can always come back to me. As i've had a few drinks i'm tempted to email the Managing Director of the company to inform him that if i hear this once more i will start spilling a few home truths to there customers which i doubt he'll like.

I have enough dirt on the company to get it closed down and even though they screwed me over more times than enough i have never said a bad word about them to anyone but now i feel like getting even!

women or men who dont understand roundabout discipline!!!!!

The idea of a roundabout is traffic never stops, you filter into a space.

so why do numptards insist on stopping at an EMPTY!!!!!!!!!!!

roundabout.

FFS it should be an offence. or a non fault accident when they get shunted up the ar*e for stopping on an empty roundabout

1) (up flightman's street this ): I wish the captain would tell the cabin passengers that he's performing a go-around during final decent in somewhat turbulant conditions.....As even though I "know" it is a go-around, the sudden screaming of the engines as they spin up to full(ish) pelt followed by a sudden accent makes me chant un-needed last-minute prayers

2)Mc Donalds running out of Coke: first McD's for 6months and I'm given frigging Diet Coke - yuk

3) Bristol Cameras: It's been well over a week now, so where are my sodding camera lenses?!?!

4)Leaves: they block drains and guttering, consqeuentally flooding my beautiful shed and shorting out the precious beer-fridge situated inside it (warm beer....noooooooo! )

Power cuts We've had about nine today so far, six of them during the Monaco Grand Prix, the last one being on the final lap

I'm now about to watch the Indy 500, I wonder how many we'll have during that?

Oh and they're interrupting my surfing too

Oh and Sky+ boxes, why do they take about three minutes to switch on after a power cut?

Grrrrr, I'm a grumpy bunny today...
