These graphs are of my 2.0ltr STi running a 7cm FPGreen.
Red lines - Ported OE headers @1.5bar held to red line
Blue lines - GTSPEC headers on the same map as when running ported OE headers - boost had now dropped off at the redline
Yellow lines - GTSPEC headers mapped tweaked to hold 1.5bar
All testing conducted on the same test track under the same conditions at North Weald

And it tallys up with my understanding. Remembering that psi/bar is a measure of resistance and not flow. Adding the headers reduced back pressure in the engine thus lowering boost pressure seen. But still flowing the same volume.
This means with the headers you should be able to run similar or slightly more power with less boost. Or re-tune and run the same boost pressure, but more air flow volume and more power.
