Can you give me advice on what oil I should be putting in a 2002 mx5 with just over 100k on the clock, its the 1.8 VVT

I would use a 5w-30 oil

The best ones there are the Fuchs/Silkolene Pro S, Motul 300V, Mobil ESP, Castrol Edge, Shell Helix Ultra ECT, Millers XF, Fuchs GT1 and Red Line, but the Motul Eco-Energy, Mobil Super 3000, Shell Helix HX7 AF/AG and Fuchs XTR are good cheaper alternatives.

genuine Subaru one is nominally 20mm ID and we include them free with JDM filters..............

hi Tim want to do a fluids change on my 56 plate jdm Hawkeye... looking to change gearbox oil and diff fluid and well and the engine oil
with regards to the engine I will use Fuchs 10-50 but I just wondering about the box and diff are you able to advise on quantity
required to comple the box and diff Im sure it’s the same Fluid for both just need to no what quantity I need also
what grade I should be using, the Impreza is for fast road use not track... also just to say that it will have the jdm 6 speed dccd box
