Yeah I was unsure about the induction scoop myself, but I thought I would give it a try, its easily changed if I decide to get rid

I kinda like the blingy FMIC, especially as it is shiney new right now, I had thought about painting it for a while before the accident but never really made up my mind

hmmm

Well what can I say Dave, apart from Blooming hell

That is one hell of a great transformation and in my opinion, it certainly is an improvement. Everybody's favourite red classic on here and it was great news that you got it back on the road instead of scraping it.

Think your thread should prove fruitful for a lot of people on here

Thanks Chris

Looking back, for the money I have spent I could have possibly bought another car and transfered all my good suspension bits and engine over from this one to the other but where is the adventure in that?

besides I love this car and I am never going to part with it so for me it was worth all the work, I do hope this thread can inspire people who have lost faith in thier own build and restore their drive to get it finished no matter what because the end result is worth all the tears

Thats the whole point, most people on hear could buy a modded impreza, for less than buying what they did and doing it themselfs, but thats no fun! Good sence of achievement to,makes you love what you drive more, gives you good knowledge about your car(how much did you learn this time?!) i love it!
