Front seats could de with a wet-vac. Other than that and the stickers, not much else. If you still have the stadards bit (low level spoiler, exhaust, etc) put them back on, and ebay the modded bits or sell them on here there's always demand for spoilers and exhausts
havent got any of the standard bits any longer, hence the car will sell as is.

i honestly thought i had a good clean classic, definatley so compared to the buckets you see on ebay and pistonheads.

didnt realise my cars so bad

It isn't bad, just a few small things that can be done for free will make the world of difference.

In that case I'll give you a fiver for it

I actually know a trader who will give you cash for it, tomorrow, but I doubt it'd be near the price you are looking. Depends how desperate you are.

Its pretty damn good for the mileage....I'd expect a ruddy great hole in the driver's seat and the body to resemble the surface of a golf ball

And don't waffle in adverts. Keep it to one line bullet points
Good advice

shouldnt have done it as i cant afford it, but ive popped to halfords and picked up the following...
  • autoglym engine and machine cleaner: £6.99 for 1ltr (seemed pretty good value)
  • gunk engine laquer/protector: £4.99 for 500ml (as per advice on scoobypedia)
  • halfords cone wheelbrush £3.99 (can use this as an irritant after spraying degreaser)
so hopefully with tomorrow being ok, il drop the mrs off at work @ 7am, get home, de sticker the car, wash the car, dry the car, wash and degrease/laquer the engine bay, then maybe wax the car etc.

from reading the advice, the best way for the laquer to apply is to run the engine for a few mins after spraying, then wipe with a cloth for excess etc.

il take off the blue hose covers too and see what it looks like afterwards. whatevers left over il keep for the next car i get i suppose.

ive had loads of people come to view my 99 peugeot 206, which I have advertised £900 below book price, granted its not perfect but ive advertised it correctly and not missed anything out, and still people pick faults and offer silly money. someone offered me £600 the other day, I couldnt believe it, I had to remind them it wasnt a rusty fiesta! I feel really sorry for the people that are trying to shift expensive motors.

I've been looking for a week or two and I can't really find any non-modified cars that are reasonable money at the moment. I want a WRX STI.

So much so, I am actually going to look at a Focus ST-3 tomorrow.
