I've got a scar in my hairline from when the television set fell on my head.

Hmm lets see, one on my face from being bitten by a dog when i was 18 months old. The embarrassing bit was it was a Dachshund.

Numerous ones over my hands from work and rugby.

One on the bridge of my nose after i walked into the back of a taileron at work.

A scarred ear and Keloidal scar down my neck from punting my head through a car windscreen as it hit me at 40 ish.

this from my ACL rebuild

Other than that not much really.

What an odd thread...

Oh well, I have on about 18" long running from the rear of the palm of my hand to past my elbow. It's from a combined compartmental and carpal tunnel operation.

I was suffering badly from arm pump when i was bike racing, at the end of long races i could not feel my hand and it was making me struggle. The Dutch team i was racing for paid for me to have the operation in a Belgium hospital.

They split the sheath surrounding your arm muscle so it cant pump up and trap the nerves going to your hand. I had the op on a monday, and was wanting to race on the following weekend so like a **** i discharged myself from hospital on the monday night and drove to Calais, got the ferry and drove up to Leicester.

Obviously i was in a bit of a state, and combined with the fact i raced 5 days after with about 450 stitches in my arm that burst open it got badly infected leaving it in the mess it is now. The distortion on my arm is due to the muscle sticking itself to the underside of the skin.
