I'd go from the angle that you weren't there at the time and prove that. You said you were out with your GF so did you pay for anything or take any money out? Any transactions will be time stamped and hopefully that'll prove you were further away than possible at the time your car was photographed.

hes not gonna be able to explain it PROPERLY till in court where he will be under OATH hence why i mentioned everything they look at FOR HIM in case hes made a mistage about dates
PERSONALLY i couldnt give a rats **** if he is lying,,,,, we ALL speed and if there was a way for ANY of us to get off we could,,,, just some people forget that the police and the court deal with this sort of stuff every day and may over look things,,,,, they are also trained how to interigate people with LEADING questions designed to set your self up
proof the car was off the road is what is gonna be needed,,,,, in this country for speeding you are guilty till prove innocent im afraid
btw i think is VERY childish for someone to hurt THAT MUCH abuse at someone who they aint got a clue who he is and what he does, but i guess thats the net where we can all be a 100kg, goes gym 4 times a week, curling 22kg and benching 100kg and also someone who does brazilian ju jitsu on sundays as a hobby and spars with a mate whos a semi pro boxer and another whos a second dann in ju jitsu

Two thoughts...
I assume you car was not SORN'd at the time - I'm guessing not but at least you could stand behind the law that you would not have driven the car as it was not legal?
But given the car looks the same, has what appears to be the same exhaust, and is in the same area where you would go, I don't think you've much of a hope of getting it sorted. It's a massive coincidence though...

ash - remove your plates from your "my scooby" pics with photo shop...and i would remove the vinyl on the side of the van as well if i were you

cant put pics as have given printouts of posts etc on here around the time of me goin on bout fuel pump and the car not running up for evidence towards my innocence
she said not to go on too much about it on here now as ive started a big thread on the matter!

mate hes the quietest bloke you would ever meet,,, hes got VERY VERY quick hands though
its my kick boxing trainer thats a hard *******,,,, he used to train ju jitsu when he was in the army in cosevo,,, he feels NO pain and he dont belive people get tired and says its about controlling your thoughts and telling your body you AINT tired
hes a *******,,,,, he also looks like nothing at all !!!
my best mate who i train with ( hes training to do cage fighting hence we do brazilian ju jitsu ) and my teacher,,,, the slim one who looks like a average baker/ warehouse man,,,,,, this bloke knows soo many moves/grabs/locks ect that he can get 4 of us down,,,,, even when we keep attacking him and WE get tired first !!!
hes prob the most dangerous bloke i know without a weapon,, cause he looks like a hospital porter but is a second dan !!! ( thats 2 after blackbelt )

Have you reported to the police that you believe your plate has been cloned. If you haven't you may be asked in court why you haven't done this. Also if it has been cloned you can guarantee its gonna be used for some other crime (or just more speeding offences) and you will be going through all of this again.
Also ask the neighbours near your girlfriends or anyone else who may be able to state they saw your car parked there all that day. This will help as they will be independant witnesses.

Two questions.
1. Why, when you are so adament it wasn't your car, did you start to question the calobration of the camera which caught you/"cloned car"? Surely this is a desperate attempt of a guilty person to nullify any ticket.
2. You say the camera was not fixed, but a mobile van camera. I have NEVER seen a camera in a van that takes pictures of the rear of a car. As far as I was aware, they all take shots of oncoming traffic. This way, not only can they identify the driver, but some forces will proscecute you for not wearing a seatbelt and using a mobile.

I know the stretch of road very well. they have the van with the black window, i think, it definitely was not a fixed camera. they on the ocassion have a speed check down there. the pic is from the rear.
in the local paper it shows in details where police or civilians are having speed checks and i check it daily so i know aboutt all the speed cameras about. plus i was adamant as my car could not possibly start and i wasnt driving it at the time and that i had THE only key in my pocket at the time, read the whole thread

none of me as i dont do photos mate, btw there both my mates, just one of em is closer than family
the white one is from cosevo,,, hes prob the hardest person ive met that looks like NOTHING,,, seriously he looks like a hospital porter but hes a 2nd dan ( martial arts grading in case people aint sure what it means) but as he was in the army in cosevo they have VERY hard training due to there lack of funds compared to our larger armys
he also trains restraining monovers to police that work better than the usual shoulder lock
anyway good luck as either way its not nice to have,,, even worse if your inocent too

most people didnt have time for him until we got involved then when people see how good he was the place offered him a job and hes does private tuition,,,, honestly people are still predudice even when they dont think they are
hes a proper ******* too,,,, but only when training or sparing,,,, but hes VERY good at teaching new members who think sparing is fighting,,,,,, he takes them on and plays there game till they realise its not the same

Safety camera vans can take your picture if you're driving away and ascertain your speed. The speed will be shown as a negative to indicate it is travelling away from you.

I dont know ash so feel guilty casting aspursions on his person, but the whole story sounds like a culmination of as many pepiturd stories as possible in one hit...

that was the first thing i asked the police after my idiot mate gave me advice, like a fool i then asked them too, this was all before i seeked help from a solicitor. my friend said ask that to see if they got the letters on the plate right!
and i did....regret it now. of course im innocent i wouldnt post for anyones advice if i wasnt. have better things to do in my time than to lie on here!
